The consistent rainfall in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja that began on Friday to Saturday morning has cut off Kuchiyakwo people group from other neighboring groups in the zone.
The heavy rainfall has overflowed a few houses and washed away the street
connecting Kuchiyakwo Ecwa Church and its augmentation in the group.
A few inhabitants of the group who talked with the NAN on Saturday portrayed the condition of the street as decimating and approached Kuje Area Council powers for prompt activity.
Mr Abraham Gado, an occupant whose house was overflowed, ascribed the devastation to absence of standard drainage.
"The locale head and a few partners of the group have had arrangement of gatherings to locate an enduring answer for this without result.
"The street has no waste and some have manufactured their homes near the street as opposed to giving some space.
